We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our Service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Partial year subscriptions or unused portions of your subscription period
  • Renewal charges (you should cancel before renewal if you don't want to continue)
  • Service changes or updates after the 14-day period

Additional Refund Circumstances

Outside of the 14-day guarantee, refunds may be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period
  • Technical Errors: If we are unable to provide the Service due to technical issues on our end for an extended period

Currency Conversion

All subscriptions are priced in USD. If you pay in a different currency:

  • We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations

Changes to Service or Pricing
